He is also known for being the talent manager of YouTube personality MrBeast. Duchscher started his career working as an NFL sports agent before discovering the popular YouTube channel Dude Perfect and realizing that attention was shifting from traditional media to creator-driven entertainment.
In 2015, he started his own talent management company, Night Media, which focuses on management, branding, and business development for digital influencers.
